Over the past 15+ years, I've designed forecasting tools, operational platforms, enterprise workflows, dashboards, and customer-facing products across healthcare, education, financial services, telecommunications, and emerging technologies.

My work combines product design, service design, UX research, and systems thinking to transform complex organizational problems into software that is easier for people to understand and use, meeting the needs of how people work, learn, and make decisions.
